I met Mike and Sasha at The Great Victoria Hotel Wedding Fair in March 2015. They're a really nice couple who wanted me to play during the day and evening. The Great Victoria is a lovely venue in the centre of Bradford near to the Law Courts. It is steeped in history and is a wonderful rustic setting for a hotel wedding.

We started off after the ceremony with an hour long set in the bar area where people mingled, sat and listened before I packed up and moved on downstairs for the evening. I arrived back at the hotel at 6pm to play another hour long set which got the evening going for the happy couple. Absolutely delighted to have played at this stunning venue for this genuinely lovely couple. The weekend finished and on Tuesday morning I took to the streets of Leeds for an hour to do a bit of busking when, lo and behold, Mike and Sasha appeared next to me out for a morning shopping. We shared a wink and smile very briefly, it was really lovely. Congratulations to Mike and Sasha, may your lives be truly blessed together.
