Featured event: The KP Club, Pocklington Valentine’s weekend
{{brizy_dc_image_alt entityId=

I recently provided entertainment for The KP Club in Pocklington near York for their Valentine's weekend. It's a venue I've never been to before. What a stunning place. Set just off the A1079 toward Hull the views are spectacular and the modern decor building is a great place to relax.

The venue is equipped with numerous lodges on site with 5 rooms each. The downstairs Huxtable suites have hot tubs and the rooms are decorated beautifully. I'd recommend this for a night out or a weekend break away. That's exactly what I did. I was hired by The KP as an acoustic guitarist and vocalist for their restaurant on the Saturday and Sunday evenings of the Valentine's weekend. It's a great privilege to play at venues like this. The romantic tracks were the order of the day. Gentle background music for dining couples. I got lots of lovely comments and I'm happy to say a couple even booked me for their wedding.

Myself and the venue are looking for some other events in which we can work together. I'm very much looking forward to returning.
