January is always a quiet month for musicians and DJs. Less weddings and events means more time to catch up on much needed administration and other work. January 2nd hit and suddenly my inbox was flooded with brides up and down the UK wanting a wedding guitarist for their ceremony or someone to be their wedding singer at their drinks reception. In between replying to each one to see if we could match up I have been doing the odd gig here and there and have gotten myself to a bunch of wedding fairs as well.
